The remaster sharpens the original’s impressionist watercolor visuals to higher resolution, rebuilds the UI for smoother play, and adds new events and playable characters that expand Sandail’s stories. New systems include Parameter Inheritance for deeper stat customization, enhanced boss encounters for tougher challenges, recruitable diggers who can return with expedition loot, plus quality-of-life additions like high-speed modes and New Game+.
