Pin a Million is a pachinko/pinball roguelite in which players launch balls onto a board of pegs that can be permanently fused together into new, more powerful peg types. Over 30 base pegs combine into 41 unique fusions across three tiers, each rendered with its own hand-drawn visual effect rather than sprite sheets. A dynamic weather system and an eight-phase day/night and moon cycle influence gameplay, altering peg behavior, ball physics, and which fusions are available. Each run is timed against a score quota; tickets earned by clearing quotas are spent on a persistent meta-progression skill tree that carries over between runs. The board occasionally shifts into short Pac-Man, Space Invaders, or Breakout-style minigames, and features a wheel-of-fortune bonus round and a dice-based last-chance mechanic when a ball is about to be lost. Streamers can connect their Twitch chat to let viewers trigger board effects through configurable chat commands. The game uses a CRT/arcade-cabinet visual style, supports gamepads, and is fully localized in German and English.
